The Foil Drive Assist Slim | NORTH UHM80 Integrated Mast Bundle is the smaller, lighter, performance-oriented model in the Foil Drive range, delivering efficient hybrid electric assist for advanced riders. Despite its compact size, it provides ample thrust to help you get onto the foil faster and ride more efficiently. It’s perfect for high-performance surf, wing, and downwind foilers who prioritize low weight and maneuverability over extended battery runtime.

The North Ultra High Modulus Carbon Mast is 25% thinner with a 14% shorter chord length than the AF80 FD Mast, significantly reducing drag and improving manoeuvrability. This allows quicker foil takeoffs and smoother glide once airborne.

Featuring a state-of-the-art monocoque design, the motor pod is seamlessly integrated 18 cm from the baseplate, perfectly balanced for optimal propulsion while keeping the propeller high enough to avoid interference when foiling. At 80 cm ride height, it’s ideal for assisted prone surf, downwind foiling, and performance-focused rides with minimal battery consumption.
