DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do accept returns in the following circumstances:
1. The item must have been sold directly on our online store, if purchased through one of our dealers, please contact them directly.
2. The item(s) have not been used or altered in any way.
3. The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery.
4. The postage for the return item(s) is to be paid by the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A VALID RETURN REQUEST?
Refunds are made after the returned Products (that have been purchased via our Website) have been received and checked. You will receive an email informing you when the credit has been issued. It is possible that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement. If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the matter as soon as practically possible.
If credit/debit cards are used refunds are paid to the credit card used to pay for the Order. This also applies to bank accounts and credit cards. Please ensure this card is valid at the time of your returns. If your card has been blocked or expired, then the amount will be automatically forwarded by your card issuer to the reference account which you have deposited. Please contact your card issuer for more details.
