Foil Drive Europe B.V. strives to provide a high level of customer service and support.
If you would like to request a return or exchange for an item purchased through our online store, please contact us at support.eu@foildrive.com or use our online withdrawal function available on your customer accounts page.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions and exclusions.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- The item was purchased directly through our online store. If the item was purchased through an authorised Foil Drive dealer or reseller, please contact the original place of purchase directly.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 28 days of delivery.
- Returned items must not be damaged, modified, improperly installed, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Lithium battery products must be returned in accordance with applicable dangerous goods transport requirements. Customers must not ship damaged or unsafe lithium battery products without prior written approval and return instructions from Foil Drive Europe B.V.
Refund Process
Refunds for Products purchased through our Website will be processed after the returned Products have been received and inspected.
Once your return has been assessed and approved, you will receive confirmation by email that your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement depending on your payment provider.
If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact us at support.eu@foildrive.com and we will work to resolve the matter as soon as reasonably practicable.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase wherever possible. If the original payment method is no longer valid or available, additional information may be requested to facilitate the refund process.
